Terms of Use

1. Purpose of the App

The App is an educational tool for learning oceanography. It does not provide real tide levels, sea conditions or tsunami warnings. Some content is simplified for clarity and so the simulations can run in real time. For safety decisions, navigation, fishing or marine recreation, rely on official information from your national weather service, coast guard and local authorities; for professional or academic work, please also consult reliable textbooks and the literature.

2. Ownership

All rights to the App, including copyright and other intellectual property rights in its software, design, text, images, icons and name, belong to Fuji Bit Inc. These Terms grant you permission to use the App for personal learning and education; they do not transfer or license any of these rights to you.

3. Prohibited conduct

When using the App, you must not:

- Copy, modify, redistribute or sell all or part of the App without our permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where permitted by law
- Improperly block the display of ads, or click ads fraudulently
- Act against the law or public order, or engage in any other conduct we consider inappropriate

4. Advertising

To keep the App free, a Pangle (Bytedance Pte. Ltd.) banner ad is shown at the bottom of the screen. Each advertiser is responsible for the content of its ads and for the products, services and sites they link to. For how information is handled in connection with ads, please see the Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer

We make every effort to keep the App accurate, complete and useful, but we do not guarantee it. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

6. Changes to or discontinuation of the App

We may change the App, or suspend or discontinue it, without prior notice.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms take effect when they are posted on this page.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction, in the first instance, of the Japanese court having jurisdiction over our location.
